Conference Venue:
All sessions will be held at the

Hilton Charlotte Airport Hotel

Airport Shuttle:
Charlotte/Douglas Int'l Airport Shuttle is available. Shuttle service operates complimentary 24 hours a day and runs every 30 minutes. You can call 704-357-1414 to schedule your shuttle pick-up once you arrive at the airport.

 

Parking:
Hilton Charlotte Airport guests will receive complimentary parking.

 

Visitors: Those who are not staying at the Hilton Charlotte Airport hotel, the standard rate applies. $2 per hour with a maximum of $12 per day.

Registration Check-In:
VIP Registration opens Wednesday, June 4th at 2:00 PM

 

General Registration opens Wednesday, June 4th at 4:00 PM

Seating:
VIP Registrants may enter up to one hour prior to service time with access to preferred seating. Please note, we will only hold preferred seating for 30 minutes after the service begins.

General Admission Registrants may begin entering 30 minutes prior to service time.
